About the role

We're on the lookout for a skilled Tiler & Waterproofer to join our crew covering the NSW South Coast, from Wollongong down to Nowra. It's a long-term gig for someone who wants steady work, freedom to run their own jobs, and zero admin headaches.

This role covers a mix of residential and commercial remedial work.

We’re not a high-end, ultra-luxury, full bathroom renovation tiling company, instead, we mainly specialise in rebuilding showers — we do one thing, and we do it extremely well.

What the job involves

-       Tiling floors and walls, both new installs and repairs

-       Waterproofing bathrooms, showers and other wet areas

-       Prepping surfaces, screeding, grouting (epoxy included) and sealing

-       Spotting and solving problems on site

-       Removing and refitting shower screens

-       Producing solid, quality work on every job

What you'll bring

-       Solid track record as a Tiler / Waterproofer

-       Comfortable working solo and managing your own jobs

-       Sharp eye for detail and pride in the finish

-       Clear communication with clients and the office

-       Dependable, professional and well-organised. We’re NOT interested in people who are flaky, can’t communicate, or disappear mid-job

(Formal qualifications welcome but experience is key.)
