About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape positive student outcomes through meaningful work that supports academic success and progress.
As the Senior Officer, Student Success (Outcomes), you will deliver programs, initiatives and interventions that help students overcome barriers, remain engaged with their studies and achieve their academic goals. Working within a student-as-partners approach, you will collaborate across Student Outcomes services and provide practical support to students, academic staff and key stakeholders.
You will play an important role in identifying and supporting students who may be at risk, coordinating academic progress initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement activities that strengthen the student experience and enhance outcomes across the University.
