We’re looking for an experienced Full-Time Barista who makes great coffee, genuinely enjoys connecting with customers and wants to be part of an organisation making a difference.

The Role

Working in our busy hospital-based cafés, you’ll serve hospital staff, patients, visitors and regular customers.

You’ll:

· Prepare consistently high-quality coffee

· Deliver warm, friendly and efficient customer service

· Build relationships with our regular customers

· Work collaboratively and support your team during busy periods

· Keep the café clean, organised and well presented

· Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures

About You

You’ll bring:

· At least 2 years' barista experience in a busy café environment

· Confidence producing quality coffee consistently and efficiently

· A natural ability to connect with people

· A positive, proactive and team-focused approach

· Reliability and professionalism

Most importantly, you understand that great customer service matters just as much as great coffee.
