Administration Officer

Lee Tyers Building Surveyors is looking for a motivated and organised Administration Officer to join our team in Kingston.

This is a varied role providing administration and workflow support to our residential and commercial teams, while also being a key point of contact for our clients.

About the role

• Provide administration and customer service support

• Manage phones, emails and correspondence

• Coordinate residential workflow, invoicing and project administration

• Assist our technical teams with day-to-day administration

• Maintain positive client relationships

• Assist with marketing and new client opportunities

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Organised, proactive and reliable

• Confident communicating with clients and team members

• Able to work in a busy environment and manage competing priorities

• Experienced in administration, preferably within the building industry

• Comfortable learning new systems and technology

Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience, building industry experience and a current driver's licence are required.
