Structure: (Tuesday, 4.5 hours, Wednesday 4 hours, Thursday 4.5 hours and Friday 4.5 hours) - Non contact time included. 
Salary: $28.72 per hour - VOTTEA

About Weir Views Kindergarten

Weir Views Kindergarten has been designed with children, families, and community at the heart of its vision.

With light-filled rooms, natural outdoor spaces, and modern facilities, the service will deliver high-quality, play-based kindergarten programs in a nurturing and culturally inclusive environment.

About the Role

• Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team
• Create safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments
• Assist with planning, documentation, and reflective practice
• Work closely with the ECT and leadership team to uphold high-quality standards
• Bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a team-first mindset to each day

What You’ll Bring

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA recognised)
• Current Working With Children Check (Employee)
• Understanding of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQS
• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
• A friendly, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn
• Previous experience in kinder or long day care is an advantage (but not essential)
