What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and motivate a a team of 5-7 operators
• Maintain food safety and quality standards
• Promote safe work practices
• Provide coaching, guidance, and support
• Collaborate across departments to achieve targets

Profile description:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role within FMCG
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literacy and SAP knowledge (preferred)
• A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentI
