We are looking for a Pastry Chef who has worked in the baking industry, who wants to work with a small team producing quality over quantity.
Key responsibilities
Preparing pastry
Cooking and preparing pie and sausage roll fillings
Filling pies and sausage rolls
Operating ovens and other equipment
Piping
Following processes & quality standards
Working safely, cleanly & efficiently
Cleaning duties
Preparing and baking sweets

After 30 plus years working in the baking industry it was time to open our own Bakery. We pride ourselves on producing quality over quantity, focusing on new delicious pie flavours and sweet treats for our local community and beyond. After 18 months we have continued to grow with our customers travelling from everywhere to taste our delicious products.
