Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for driving growth through strong dealer partnerships and customer-focused strategies?

As Director - Parts Commercial, you will lead the Parts commercial strategy across Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks in Australia. Reporting to the Vice President Service Market & Retail, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, profitability and market performance while leading a high-performing team and influencing key stakeholders across our national dealer network.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the national Parts commercial strategy
• Drive sales growth, profitability and market penetration
• Lead retail and wholesale parts performance across dealer networks
• Optimise pricing, product mix and commercial programs
• Utilise market and customer data to identify growth opportunities
• Build strong partnerships with dealers, distributors and fleet customers
• Lead strategic initiatives including Truckshop and remanufacturing opportunities
• Manage budgets, commercial targets and business performance
• Coach and develop a high-performing team
