Medical Receptionist – Kingston Village Super Clinic

Kingston Village Super Clinic is a busy, friendly medical practice in Ocean Grove looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our team.

The position is 3 days per week, with flexibility to cover additional shifts and staff leave when required.

Above award wages, with pay dependent on experience.
Training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who:

• Preferably has previous experience in medical reception or within the healthcare industry

• Ideally has experience using Best Practice, Microsoft Word and Outlook

• Has strong computer skills and is confident using different systems

• Is kind, compassionate and understanding when dealing with patients

• Is friendly, welcoming and professional

• Has excellent communication and organisational skills

• Is able to manage a busy reception, including phones, appointments and competing priorities

• Is reliable, organised and has good attention to detail

• Is flexible and able to assist with additional shifts when needed

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable and compassionate, enjoys working with patients and genuinely values being part of a team. Our patients come to us for many different reasons, so being patient, understanding and treating people with kindness is really important to us.

Our reception team works closely together in a busy environment, so being willing to communicate, help and support each other is equally important.

Previous medical reception or healthcare experience would be highly regarded; however, training will be provided to the right person.
