We are seeking reliable and experienced Baristas to join our Retail team to support our busy summer season. In this customer-facing role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to providing an exceptional customer shopping and cafe experience.

Up to 38hours p/wk, casual role 8.00am-3.30pm M-F.

Responsibilities include:

• Barista duties for Retail customers and employees in our bespoke coffee van

• Set up and clean down of coffee machine/workspace

• Weekly ordering of coffee van supplies

• Daily set up / pack away of the outdoor cafe area, including tables/chairs, rubbish removal and watering plants

• Tidying change rooms between customers

• Frequent moving of stock items to/from the Retail Store for customer requests

• Assisting Retail team with general duties including steaming and tidying the store

About You:

To be successful you will have:

• Barista experience and a talent for making great coffee

• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine love for delivering a positive customer experience

• Fashion retail experience ideal but not essential

• A great track record of reliable attendance 

• Proven ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced team environment
