Smart Solar Solutions is looking for confident, friendly retail staff to join our Mackay team for an immediate start.

🕘 THE HOURS

Monday – Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
1-hour break each day
No weekend work

⚡ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your job is simple: spark homeowners’ interest in solar and battery solutions.

You’ll speak with homeowners, start conversations about their energy costs, and show them how much they could potentially save with the right solar and battery system.

You’re not installing solar — you’re starting the conversation.

• Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people

• Positive and energetic

• Reliable and available Monday to Friday

• Good communicators

• Motivated and willing to learn

• Ready to start immediately

Retail, sales, promotions or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.
