Loader Operator

CAMM Concrete is a trusted, locally owned business in North Queensland, providing high-quality concrete products to the region. We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our team and support the efficient operation of our concrete plant.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating a front-end loader to support the daily production and loading requirements of our concrete operations. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment care.

• Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently

• Load and move raw materials to support plant operations

• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment

• Monitor and maintain safe stockpile management

• Report equipment faults or maintenance requirements

• Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental and company procedures

• Previous experience operating front-end loaders

• Relevant loader ticket/licence

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
