Details: We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to undertake a temporary opportunity with City Renewal's People and Capability team.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of workforce strategies, organisational capability initiatives, culture and people-related programs. You will also provide expert advice on enterprise bargaining, industrial relations, employee relations and employment matters, ensuring compliance with ACTPS legislation, policies and frameworks.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements:

• extensive experience across human resources, workforce planning, organisational development and people strategy
• strong knowledge of ACTPS employment legislation, industrial relations and enterprise agreement frameworks
• demonstrated experience leading leading and development and capability-building initiatives
• proven ability to provide strategic HR advice and manage complex people matters
• strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and leadership skills

Note: This is a temporary position available for a period of six weeks with the possibility of extension up to six months. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only.
