We are on the hunt for a bright, innovative, creative, customer first people person to join us as a Customer Operations Administrator in a full time role.

About the Role:

The Retail IT Student supports our Technology team guided by experienced Momentum colleagues. They build knowledge and develop hands on experience by applying the theoretical knowledge they have gained from university to real life business situations. 

• Contribute to team engagement, cohesion, and performance
• Contribute to personal performance plan objectives and undertake appropriate professional development opportunities
• Take responsibility for own work priorities to ensure accuracy, quality, value and timeliness of work undertaken, contributing to and incorporating continuous improvement
• Engage with safety awareness within the team and promote Hydro Tasmania’s safety values; and
• Work collaboratively with other team members and pro-actively share knowledge and learnings with other Engineering Students and team members.
• Take accountability for the delivery of technical outcomes and effectively manage own workload to meet changing priorities
• Participate in team meetings and discussions to monitor progress against work deliverables
• Develop technical knowledge, skills, and judgement in the relevant field(s)
• Develop an understanding and knowledge of business processes and apply these to work performed

About You and Your Experience:

• Currently studying a relevant discipline (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar)
• Interest in technology, digital solutions, or software delivery
• Curious mindset and willingness to ask questions
• Strong communication and professional conduct
