Supervisor, Business Advisory

Remuneration: AU$100,000 to AU$125,000 inclusive

What Youll Be Doing

• Oversee the preparation of financial accounts, tax returns, and compliance reports for companies, trusts, and individuals.
• Lead and mentor less experienced team members, ensuring professional growth and high-quality outputs.
• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative, tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to resolve complex client challenges.
• Contribute to process improvements and drive efficiency across the team.

Must-Have Qualifications

• A degree in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major.
• Completed CA/CPA qualification.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within Australian tax and business services.
• Comprehensive knowledge of technical accounting concepts and standards.
• Proficiency with systems like APS, MYOB, or Xero.
