At Expeditions Early Learning Journey, we support and guide children as they embark on their first life expedition. Through play-based learning and meaningful relationships, we create a safe, nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to explore, discover and thrive.

We are currently seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at our beautiful Avoca service. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive Centre Leadership Team and a group of dedicated educators who are committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.

About the Role

As our second Early Childhood Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring educational programs

• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing

• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Collaborate with educators and leadership to achieve quality outcomes

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture

What You'll Need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Current Working with Children Check

• Unlimited working rights in Australia

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education
