Showroom and Office All Rounder

Rosewell Homes is an Australian owned residential builder with a focus on new homes, major renovations as well as bathroom and kitchen renovations.

We are a Custom Home Builder and develop our own projects as well as working with clients right across the Sydney Metropolitan area. 

Rosewell Homes is a young dynamic team with the Head Office and showroom based in Auburn. We are expanding fast and are looking for the right candidate to come on board to be our Showroom and Office Allrounder.

The successful candidate will be working directly alongside the Managing Director and will be someone who takes pride in themselves and their personal career goals, as well as working collaboratively in a team environment. 

The job role will include;

• Basic administrative duties including use of xero, MYOB

• Responding to email communication

• Answering all phone calls and directing clients to sales reps or our build team

• Meet and greet clients and assisting with client selection of renovation products

• Keeping the showroom up to date with styling, cleanliness and accurate labelling and pricing

• Review, negotiate and finalise suppliers pricing

• Invoice preparation for all clients

• Cost management with tracking of claims and progress payments

• Ordering material packages for projects

• Xero, Accounts payable and receivable, Insurances, marketing material etc.

• Perform other tasks, duties & acting roles to assist with company development and improvements as requested by the Director.

Experience and requirements:

• Some experience in a similar role would be an advantage

• A love of renovation and knowledge of showroom products beneficial

• High level organisation skills and a methodical approach to tasks

• High level of communication skills both verbal and written

• Positive attitude, passionate and eager to excel,

• Prompt, reliable, and well presented

• Must at all times represent the company with the highest professional attitude

This is a full-time position.  Remuneration will be in line with the experience and qualifications the successful candidate brings to the role and will be discussed at interview.
