About the role
Role: Environment ManagerJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Environment Manager to manage and support enterprise non-production environments across development, testing, integration, training, and release activities. The role will be responsible for ensuring environments are stable, available, secure, properly configured, and ready for testing and deployments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end non-production and test environments.Coordinate environment setup, configuration, refreshes, and maintenance.Ensure environments are available and fit for development, testing, and deployment activities.Coordinate software releases and deployments across multiple environments.Manage environment-related incidents, changes, requests, and risks.Lead issue triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.Monitor environment health, availability, and performance.Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Application Support, Business, and Vendor teams.Manage application dependencies, integrations, and environment connectivity.Support vendor coordination, escalations, and issue resolution.Maintain environment documentation, configuration details, processes, and standards.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.Provide regular status updates on environment availability, incidents, risks, and releases.Support release readiness and post-deployment validation.Technical SkillsStrong experience in Environment Management / Test Environment Management.Experience with Release and Deployment Management.Good understanding of SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft technologies.Experience with enterprise application dependencies and integrations.Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, Sumo Logic, Splunk, or similar.Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.Understanding of ITIL Incident, Change, Request, and Problem Management.Experience working with enterprise applications and complex technology environments.
