About the Role
You'll manage approximately 12–20 active vacancies across community services, allied health, residential aged care and corporate support, partnering with hiring managers to coordinate the recruitment process from advertising, sourcing and screening candidates through to interviews, offers and assisting with onboarding.

This is a highly autonomous role where you'll take ownership of your recruitment portfolio while working as part of a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team.

You'll be an experienced recruiter who enjoys working at pace without compromising quality. You're highly organised, build strong relationships and understand that every recruitment decision shapes our culture and ultimately impacts the care we provide to our clients.
Success in this role requires sound judgement, resilience, exceptional organisation and the ability to balance competing priorities while delivering a consistently high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
