About the Role:

Looking to step up while staying on the floor?
We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to support our Dispatch team at our SA Distribution Centre at Kilburn.

This is a working team leader role - you'll be part of the dispatch crew, leading by example, supporting daily operations, and reporting directly to the Assistant Warehouse Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the dispatch team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
  
• Oversee pick-pack processes and personally perform picking, packing, and put-away tasks.
  
• Ensure accurate order processing and on-time dispatch.
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment.
  
• Support and develop team members to build a skilled workforce.
  
• Communicate with Warehouse managers/Supervisors on operational issues.
  
• Monitor and report workplace safety, incidents, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Utilise warehouse systems to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Leadership experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
• Commitment to safety and team development.
  
• A good understanding of ERP-type processes.
  
• Ability to work within a rapidly changing and diverse environment.
  
• Manual handling experience with the ability to lift up to 15 kgs.
  
• Forklift Licence (desirable).
