Marketing & Sales Support

With a focus on growth and proactiveness toward the team, we're looking for energy and enthusiasm, whilst being organised. Contributing will include:

• Assist with design and distribution of print & digital marketing collateral for real estate listings, real estate employees and the brand of Shellabears

• Assist with real estate campaigns, including brochures, signage, copy, video, imaging

• Social media creation and distribution, including video editing and development – with a focus on growing our social media following, increasing audience engagement, strengthening brand awareness and promoting the business, our agents and property listings

• Assist with template creation and brand guidelines

• Assist with CRM database attendances and EDM distribution

• Creation and organisation regarding merchandise and sponsorship events

• Preparation for client events and presentation material (powerpoint creation, social media marketing of the event, invite and RSVP confirmations, logistics, set up etc)

• Utilisation of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

• Supportive administrative tasks and liaising with external providers

• Photography Coordination – assist with organising agent photoshoots and office branding photography
