Warehouse Controller

Based at Visy’s Warwick Farm site and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, this hands-on role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory control. You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring smooth dispatch and receipting, and contributing to a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

What You'll Do:

• Picking and packing orders, pallet control and unloading containers (full pallet forklift)
• Booking transport and coordinating dispatch
• Conducting stocktakes, checking stock levels, managing back orders and invoicing
• Maintaining accurate inventory, shipping and receiving documentation
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality and OH&S standards at all times

What You’ll Bring:

• Forklift licence with experience on Counterbalance Forklifts
• Previous warehouse and logistics experience.
• RF scanner and basic systems knowledge (SAP advantageous)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• A proactive, common-sense approach and ability to work autonomously
