Centre Manager | Sales, Leadership & Business Growth

About the role

As Centre Manager, you'll take ownership of the performance and growth of the Moore Park location - balancing commercial outcomes, team leadership and operational excellence. You'll lead from the front, driving membership sales, building local partnerships and delivering an exceptional experience for every member.

Key responsibilities

• Own membership sales performance and achieve revenue targets
• Generate and convert leads through in-centre activity, local marketing and community engagement
• Build referral partnerships with gyms, sporting clubs, corporates and allied health providers
• Run community initiatives such as open days, workshops and trial sessions that convert into memberships
• Track and optimise sales performance, conversion rates and revenue growth
• Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing team
• Set clear KPIs and provide structured training and support
• Manage daily operations including staffing, scheduling and customer service
• Oversee inventory, supplier relationships, banking and staff rostering
• Build strong relationships with members and respond to enquiries

About you

• Experience managing operations in a health, wellness, fitness or service-based environment
• Proven success in a sales-driven role with accountability for revenue targets or business growth
• Demonstrated ability to drive membership or subscription-based sales
• Experience running local marketing or community initiatives is highly regarded
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Commercial mindset with the ability to turn strategy into results
• Ability to generate, track and convert leads using structured sales processes
