About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager – for Metro and North East Victoria to join our Tutt Bryant Hire division working from our Dandenong office. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will drive growth by building customer relationships, promoting hire solutions, and identifying new business opportunities across Victoria. You will work closely with Branch Managers and the wider team to deliver sales targets and strengthen Tutt Bryant’s position in the market.

Duties

·          Promote Tutt Bryant Hire equipment and services across Victoria

·          Develop and maintain long-term client relationships

·          Identify and convert new business opportunities

·          Conduct site visits and customer negotiations

·          Prepare, quotations, and sales contracts

·          Monitor market trends and provide sales insights to management

·          Support operational integration with branch teams

·          Contribute to sales planning and marketing campaigns

Skills & experience

·          Proven sales/business development background, ideally in hire or related industries

·          Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

·          Knowledge of the Victorian construction, mining, and trade sectors

·          Current driver’s licence (MR/HR truck licence desirable)

·          Willingness to travel across Victoria
