About the Role 

We are seeking a flexible and reliable Full Time or Part Time Guest Service Agent to support our Front Office operations. 

This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable and confident working across a rotating roster, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts to ensure smooth hotel operations. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide warm, professional guest service from check-in to check-out 

• Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests efficiently 

• Maintain accurate guest records and follow Front Office procedures 

• Support night audit processes as required 

• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience 

What We’re Looking For 

• Previous experience in a Front Office or customer-facing role (hotel experience preferred) 

• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude 

• Ability to work independently 

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including: 

• Morning shift (7:00 am – 3:00 pm) 

• Afternoon shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 pm) 

• Night shift (11:00 pm – 7:00 am) 

• Valid working rights in Australia
