SIGN SHOP DESIGNER

About the role

We are an established signage production house looking for an experienced Signage Graphic Designer who loves taking designs off the screen and into reality. This is a dynamic role suited for someone who enjoys a mix of design, prepress setup, and light production support. FLEXIBLE HOURS.

Key responsibilities

• Design and prepress for vehicle wraps, architectural signage, wall graphics, and illuminated building signs

• Set up cut paths, bleeds, scale templates, and color-matching profiles using Adobe Creative Cloud

• Prepare print files for RIP software (Onyx /Flexi) and manage job queues for wide-format printers and plotters

• Work directly with business clients to send proofs, revise layouts, and finalize approvals

• Collaborate with our fabrication team to ensure seamless handoff from artwork to installation

About you

• 2+ years of graphic design experience specifically within the signage, print, or wide-format industry

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

• Solid understanding of scale, resolution, materials (vinyl, acrylic, ACM, banners), and mounting requirements

• High attention to detail—you double-check dimensions and print files before sending them to production
