House and Land Coordinator

Great House & Land outcomes don't happen by accident. 

Behind every package is someone making sure the pricing is right, the documentation is accurate, and the sales team has the information they need to succeed. 

We're looking for a House & Land Coordinator to support our growing House & Land function. Working closely with the House & Land Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing opportunities to market and ensuring packages remain accurate, compliant and ready to sell. 

What you'll be doing 

• Preparing and maintaining House & Land packages 
• Updating pricing, inclusions and promotional offers 
• Reviewing plans of subdivision, engineering plans and estate documentation 
• Completing basic siting assessments and feasibility reviews 
• Maintaining CRM systems, package databases and reporting 
• Coordinating package flyers and marketing collateral 
• Liaising with developers, land agents and internal stakeholders 
• Supporting the sales team with accurate package information 
• Managing multiple priorities and ensuring deadlines are met 

What will help you succeed 

You'll ideally come from a House & Land, residential construction, property, administration or sales support background and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment. 

We're looking for someone with: 

• Experience preparing House & Land packages 
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail 
• Ability to read plans of subdivision and engineering documentation 
• Understanding of construction methods and site cost considerations 
• ResCode and siting knowledge 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Experience with CRM systems, Excel and reporting tools 
• A proactive approach and the ability to keep things moving without constant direction
