What you'll be doing

• Owning the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio

• Selecting great tenants, managing leases, and running regular inspections

• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with trusted local tradespeople

• Preparing owner statements, managing arrears, and minimising tribunal matters

• Conducting market appraisals and recommending rental increases

• Building landlord and tenant relationships that last

• Keeping every file watertight under NSW tenancy legislation

• Helping grow the rent roll and hit team targets

What you'll bring

Must-haves:

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence (or Certificate of Registration)

• 2+ years managing a residential portfolio

• Tribunal and mediation experience

• Sharp communication skills, written and verbal

• A current driver's licence 

• An eye for detail and a love of good systems

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in the Newcastle/Hunter Region

• A track record of growing a rent roll and winning new business
