About the role

Foil Drive is redefining how people interact with the ocean through our retrofit electric Foil Assist systems, helping surfers catch more waves and ride longer. As we grow globally, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to own our purchase order process, monitor inbound freight, and manage supplier relationships.
About the Role
As our Procurement Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, products, and information across the function. You will work with suppliers and internal teams to support purchasing and raw materials availability to support our global operations.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and committed to supporting efficient, cost-effective, and reliable procurement operations.
A significant part of our supply base is in China, so Mandarin, both spoken and written, is highly regarded.
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
Proven experience in purchasing, procurement or logistics coordination
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, data analysis)
Experience using ERP or demand planning systems - Cin7, Netstock highly regarded
Exposure to international freight, Incoterms and customs processes
A sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of accountability
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Clear, confident communication with both internal teams and external suppliers
Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) - highly regarded
A tertiary qualification in supply chain, logistics or a related field is desirable.
