Delivery Driver & Warehouse Support

Seven Seeds Coffee has a unique opportunity to join the team at it's headquarters in Fairfield, Melbourne. This role is responsible for preparing, dispatching and delivering coffee orders to Seven Seeds customers, flagship stores and wholesale accounts. Based at the Fairfield warehouse, this hands-on role also supports the warehouse, brewing and roasting teams with day-to-day operational duties.

Working closely with the Dispatch Manager, you will coordinate delivery schedules, pack and fulfil orders, maintain company vehicles and contribute to a safe, clean and organised dispatch operation. The role requires a reliable, safety-conscious team member who can work efficiently across multiple areas of the business.

Delivery and Dispatch

• Deliver coffee and provide product information in line with Seven Seeds quality and customer service standards.

• Organise and complete deliveries to Seven Seeds flagship stores and wholesale customers.

• Coordinate with courier companies to ensure prompt delivery to regional and interstate wholesale accounts.

• Pack coffee, pick and fulfil orders accurately and efficiently.

• Assist the Dispatch Manager and warehouse team with loading, unloading and general dispatch duties.

• Coordinate delivery schedules with the Dispatch Manager to support safe and efficient daily operations.

• Maintain all dispatch vehicles and dispatch areas in a clean, organised and presentable condition.

• Follow all relevant road rules, safe-driving practices and company procedures.

Warehouse Operations and Maintenance

• Follow health, safety, food-handling and sanitation requirements across all work activities.

• Complete cleaning duties in accordance with established rosters and warehouse standards.

• Keep stock, equipment, workstations and walkways clean, safe and well organised.

• Report hazards, incidents, damaged goods, vehicle issues or unsafe equipment promptly to the relevant manager.

• Follow safe work procedures and warehouse policies to support efficient workflow across each workstation.

Cross-functional Support & other responsibilities

• Provide basic operational assistance to the brewing & roasting departments as required.

• Assist with other duties as directed by the Dispatch Manager.

• Attend internal meetings, coffee training and professional development activities as required.

• Build knowledge of Seven Seeds products, quality standards, customer service expectations and workplace procedures.

• Contribute to a positive team environment through clear communication, collaboration and a supportive attitude.

• Communicate relevant operational matters, customer feedback and potential issues to the Dispatch Manager.

• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.

• Represent Seven Seeds professionally in all interactions with customers, couriers and colleagues.
