WA Blockmakers is a small, established block manufacturing operation in The Lakes area (20 min from Mundaring, 30 min from Northam). We're a small team and we're looking for at least one more good person to join us on the floor.

This is real, hands-on outdoor work — working with strapping equipment, keeping the production slab tidy, possibly operating a forklift, and backing up our plant manager day to day. It's not glamorous. It's physical, it gets dirty, and you'll be in the elements. But it's honest work with a team that aims to support its own.

Not the right fit if you're:

✗ Looking for something to bridge until a mine site calls you back

✗ Without a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (the site isn't on a bus route)

✗ Looking for office hours or air conditioning

You're exactly who we want if you:

✓ Have 6–12 months+ experience doing real labouring work

✓ Show up, take direction, and take pride in keeping things tidy and running

✓ Hold a valid driver's licence and can get yourself here reliably

✓ Have a forklift licence or some experience operating one

✓ Are authorised to work in Australia

What we can offer:

→ $32.50–$35/hr (avg 40–45 hrs/week, Mon–Fri) plus some voluntary Saturday work available

→ Possible clear path from casual to permanent for the right person

→ Forklift training course provided if you don't already hold a licence

→ Progression opportunities for those who show initiative and above all consistency
