Maintenance Coordinator

The Role

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in this permanent, full time role. This position will see you provide superior customer support to our clients during the maintenance/warranty period. You will also:

• Respond to client maintenance and warranty queries promptly via phone and email.

• Assist clients with maintenance defects and structural warranty matters.

• Schedule inspections and appointments for clients, trades, and the Maintenance team.

• Prepare and manage maintenance documentation, reports, work orders, and correspondence.

• Maintain client records and filing in Outlook and internal systems.

• Support the Maintenance Manager with day-to-day matters, workflow updates, and meetings.

• Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely service delivery.

The Person

• 3 years' experience in a construction customer service role (highly regarded)

• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce highly desirable)

• Intermediate experience and knowledge of the construction process

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner

• Ability to problem solve and think creatively
