Receptionist

As part of Peter Warren Automotive, one of Australia's largest and most respected automotive dealer groups, you'll play a vital role in delivering the premium customer experience Mercedes-Benz is renowned for.

As the Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting the dealership. You'll provide exceptional front-of-house service while supporting our sales, service and administration teams to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership.

• Welcome customers and visitors with a professional and friendly approach.
• Manage incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales, Service and Management teams.
• Coordinate customer appointments and maintain accurate records.
• Process mail, deliveries and general office administration.
• Maintain a professional reception area that reflects the Mercedes-Benz brand.
• Assist with ad hoc administration duties as required.

You'll be a highly organised and personable professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.
