As a Business Tax Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering complex corporate tax compliance and consulting solutions, working with clients across industries including property & construction, consumer markets, technology and financial services.

What you'll do: 

• Work with iconic clients across a wide range of industries through all stages of their business lifecycle, including growth and succession/exit, developing solutions for complex problems at each stage. 

• Provide complex corporate tax compliance solutions and consulting services, including domestic tax issues such as consolidation and restructuring. 

• Support and contribute to M&A transactions and ATO engagements. 

• Analyse complex financial data and tax issues, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. 

• Manage client relationships and expectations, delivering a high standard of client engagement. 

• Mentor junior onshore staff and invest in their career development. 

• Build on your existing skills and knowledge through participation in both formal and informal training programs. 

What we're looking for: 

• Qualification in accounting and experience in preparing special purpose financial statements (CA or CPA is advantageous) 

• Experience in tax compliance and advisory for private groups 

• Ability to analyse complex financial data and tax issues, with experience in tax filings and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements 

• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms used in tax preparation and financial reporting 

• Strong client engagement skills with the ability to manage client needs and expectations
