At the Andaz Gold Coast Pool Club, every shift moves with energy. We’re looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Team Leader who knows how to bring people together, keep service flowing and create a poolside experience guests remember.

The role

As F&B Team Leader, you’ll support the daily operation of Pool Club while leading colleagues on shift. You’ll be present on the floor, setting the pace, guiding the team and making sure every guest feels genuinely welcomed.

You will:

Lead and motivate Pool Club colleagues during serviceCoordinate daily floor operations, section allocations and breaksDeliver warm, confident and efficient food and beverage serviceMaintain strong product knowledge across menus, cocktails and beveragesSupport opening, closing, cash-handling and stock-control proceduresRespond to guest feedback with care and sound judgementMaintain presentation, cleanliness, hygiene and safety standardsCoach colleagues in the moment and help create a positive team cultureWork closely with culinary, bar and hotel teams to keep service seamless

Qualifications

You bring personality, pace and attention to detail. You enjoy being part of the action and know how to lead without losing the joy of service.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leader role within a restaurant, bar, hotel or high-volume venueStrong food, wine, cocktail and beverage knowledgeA genuine passion for hospitality and guest connectionConfidence leading a team in a busy, outdoor environmentClear communication and practical problem-solving skillsAvailability across weekends, evenings and public holidaysA current Queensland RSA certificateFull Australian working rights
