Grounds & Property Maintenance – Crew Member / Crew Leader

About the role

You'll be working across Brisbane's northside, helping keep gardens, grounds and properties looking their best. This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor role where you'll work as part of a crew. The role will start as casual employment, with the opportunity for the right person to move into a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping

• Garden clean-ups and hedge trimming

• Mulching and basic landscaping

• Blowing, weeding and rubbish removal

• General grounds and property maintenance

• Working as part of a crew

• Learning and taking on additional responsibility as you develop

About you

• Reliable, punctual and ready to work

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Willing to learn and take direction

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Hard-working with a positive attitude

• Good time management and common sense

• Holds a manual driver's licence, or is working towards one

• Previous landscaping, gardening or property maintenance experience is a bonus, but not essential
