Admin Support

Admin Support | Australian Investment Education | Gold Coast

We're a trading and investment education company looking for someone solid to join our admin and client support team.

No fluff version: you'll be on the phones a lot. You're often the first person our clients speak to, so we need someone who's genuinely good with people, can explain things clearly, and doesn't get flustered when it's busy. You'll also be supporting our brokers and sales team behind the scenes, keeping the database tidy, and handling payment follow-ups.

What the day actually looks like:

• Answering client calls and sorting their queries (or getting them to the right person fast)

• Admin support for the sales and broking team

• Keeping client records accurate and up to date

• Payment collection and follow-up

• General process stuff that keeps the wheels turning

What we're after:

• Admin or customer service experience, ideally phone-based

• Clear, confident communicator who sounds like a person, not a script

• Organised enough to juggle a few things without dropping any

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and picking up new systems quickly
