Production Estimator

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Residential Production Estimator to join a large, established national building and development company.

This is a stable environment with a strong pipeline of work and would ideally suit someone coming from a project or volume home building background who is confident completing full take-offs and production estimating.

What we're looking for

• Estimating experience with a volume residential builder (80+ homes per year)
• Strong production estimating and full take-off experience
• Ability to tender and price work across different stages of construction
• Good knowledge of SE Queensland trade rates, suppliers and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work autonomously while still contributing as part of an estimating team

The salary will be negotiated individually based on experience, with an indicative range of $90,000–$110,000 + super.
