The Fresh Collective Brisbane team is looking for experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join our culinary brigade at Waters Edge Brisbane. We have both Full-Time and Casual opportunities available for passionate chefs looking to work in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment.

  • Full-Time $80,700 + super
  • Casual Level 6 hourly rate

The Role

• Work closely with the Sous and Head Chefs to ensure efficient food production and quality control
• Prepare exceptionally presented dishes that are consistent in flavour and appearance
• Run your allocated section with confidence and efficiency
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Sous or Head Chef
• Follow all food safety procedures and legislative requirements
• Contribute to a positive, professional and collaborative kitchen culture

Essential Requirements

• A motivated chef with a passion for creating exceptional dishes
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant or hospitality venue
• Punctual, self-driven and able to work autonomously while remaining open to direction and learning
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Australian work rights appropriate for the role
