The Opportunity: Due to growth across our expanding Same Employer Division, we currently have a new opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant looking for the next step in their career and moving into leadership.
Full induction, shadowing, internal leadership training program and ongoing support to set you up for success.
In your new role you will manage a team of both experienced and new starter consultants to support the growth and development of your team.
You will receive support from both a Regional Manager and a Divisional Manager to maintain high-quality standards within your team. We provide ongoing training to meet evolving customer expectations and ensure successful return-to-work outcomes.
Looking after a team of rehab consultants, your day will include:

Lead a specialist OT team – Support and mentor OTs delivering ADL, functional and workplace assessments, with a strong focus on quality clinical reasoning and practical outcomes.

Shape best-practice OT rehabilitation – Guide your team in grading and adapting activities, equipment prescription, environmental modification and strategies that build capacity rather than dependence.

Champion return to independence – Influence rehabilitation that empowers people to safely resume everyday activities, work and meaningful roles as independently as possible.

Combine clinical expertise with leadership – Use your OT knowledge to develop clinicians, oversee complex cases and drive high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention.

Broaden your impact – Move beyond managing your own caseload to shaping OT practice, developing others and influencing service quality across a specialised team.

About You - AHPRA registration required
- Occupational Therapy qualifications required
- Previous experience working in occupational rehab
- Car and valid Driver’s license
- Police check or willingness to obtain a satisfactory police check prior to commencement
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work in autonomously and as part of a team
