Client Service Manager

Command51 is looking for a Client Service Manager to oversee multiple client sites located throughout Canberra to Campbelltown suburbs and region.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being on the road and working independently.

About the role

As the Client Service Manager, you’ll play an integral role in our commitment to delivering great service every day. You’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a hands-on, field based role that requires daily travel to client sites.

• Salary: $80,000 - 90,000 per annum (DOE) + Commission + Super

• Company car and phone

• Working hours: 38 hours per week

Requirement to attend to work-related contact outside usual hours, including being available to answer reasonable work‑related phone calls on Saturday and Sunday mornings should you be contacted during those times.

A typical day involves:

Liaising with Command51 clients, addressing inquiries, concerns and requests promptly and professionally

• Managing service delivery for a prescribed number of sites within set SLAs

• Supervise and manage a team of cleaning subcontractors

• Conducting weekly site inspections and log results on our bespoke app

• Ensure WHS compliance procedures are followed

• Identifying opportunities for extra work outside of scope and upsell services to clients

• Collaborating with the Business Development team to broaden our service offerings.

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in client relationship management

• Experience in supervision or managing teams of subcontractors across multiple locations

• Willingness to travel and spending time on the road travelling from site to site

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

• Great problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing both staff deliverables and client expectations

• Confident in using various IT platforms

• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and operational requirements.

Essential:

The successful candidate must have full and unrestricted Australian work rights and driving licence

• Working with Children Check

• The ability to successful pass a formal police check.
