Senior Youth Worker to join our team at
safeSPACE Roebourne.

About the role Your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive and respectful relationships with young people.
- Leading program delivery and mentoring a team of Youth Workers.
- Supporting young people to participate in activities, programs and community events.
- Organising and facilitating recreational, educational and engagement activities.
- Encouraging positive social interaction and healthy decision-making.
About you We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about working with young people and making a positive difference.
- Is approachable, energetic and able to build genuine connections.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Can work confidently with young people from diverse backgrounds.
- Is reliable, adaptable and able to work as part of a team.
- Has the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Understands the importance of safeguarding and maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
Previous experience working with young people, in youth services, community services, recreation or similar environments is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications will also be well regarded.
