About the role
Are you a performance-driven, solution-oriented leader with a strong interest in operational excellence and continuous improvement? As our Fulfilment & Replenishment Integration Manager, you'll be central to inbound and outbound operations. You'll lead a high-performing team, optimising stock, quality, processes and leading the unit development agenda.
Your responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting Operations: Take ownership of ensuring processes are efficient, barriers are removed, and the integration team is support focused and partnering operations in the areas of; inventory and capacity, the warehouse management system, logistics set up, quality and improvement.
• Work with supply chain partners: Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external supply chain partners to manage supply, stock, volume forecasting, proactively identifying risks and planning for peak periods.
• Improve how we work: Apply your LEAN expertise to continuously review and improve how we operate - challenging the status quo, eliminating waste, and embedding smarter solutions and more sustainable ways of working across the team.
• Plan ahead: Work with current and future year forecasts to size handling and storage capacity plans, anticipate business needs, support growth, and plan capital and operational expenditure.
• Manage stock: Maintain a sharp focus on stock accuracy, availability, and range management – including mapping optimisation for picking and storage efficiency.
• Maintain quality: Champion quality standards across all customer and internal flows, ensuring that what leaves our DC and CDC reflects the standards our stores and customers expect, working with consumable providers to secure solutions at the lowest cost.
• Lead your team: Inspire, coach, and develop your Integration team through setting clear expectations, providing honest feedback, and creating a culture where people feel valued, motivated, and set up to grow.
You're a motivated and solution-oriented individual with a strong belief in people's potential. You thrive in fast-paced supply chain environments, balancing strategic, tactical, and operational thinking. You have comprehensive knowledge of KPIs, forecasting, range management, stock accuracy and process optimisation. You're an adaptable leader who builds strong stakeholder relationships and can lead change.
To be considered for this role you will need to have:
• A university degree in Economics, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience with a proven track record of performance in logistics, commercial, or supply chain.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a people leadership or management role, with a demonstrated record of delivering both business results and people development.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and engage others through change, balancing commercial focus with efficiency and long-term profitability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand budgets, costs, and key performance measurements used to plan, follow up, and steer the business across multi-year horizons.
• Experience working through others, including setting priorities, delegating responsibility, and providing open and honest feedback to support team growth.
• Experience applying tactical and operational thinking to implement action plans, provide clear direction, and follow up on goals in a fast-changing omnichannel retail environment.
Additional information
• Contract type: Permanent, full time 76 hours per/fortnight
• Role location: Role is based at DC/CDC, Marsden Park.
• You will be available to work Monday to Friday 0900-1700 & weekends as required.
• Internal role title is Fulfilment & Replenishment Integration Manager.
• As part of the recruitment process this role requires a pre-employment check for final candidates. If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a National Police Check.
