Adelaide Botanic High School is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Communications & Marketing Coordinator to lead the delivery of our communications, marketing and community engagement activities.

What you will do:

• Coordinate and deliver all school communications across digital and print channels.

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of major school events including Graduation, Year 12 Formal, Showcase Evening, assemblies and community events.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, suppliers, community organisations and event partners.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, families, staff, alumni and community partners.
• Coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of a small team delivering communications, events and promotional activities.
• Allocate priorities, monitor workloads and support high-quality outcomes.

What you will bring:

You are a communication and marketing professional with exceptional organisational skills and a passion for creating meaningful engagement.

You will bring:

• Experience in communications, public relations, marketing and/or event management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Experience coordinating or supporting teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Advanced digital skills, including Microsoft Office, social media platforms, website content management systems and design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative
