Our highly skilled team at Cockburn Medical Centre is driven not only by helping people feel better but also by empowering them to live healthier, fuller lives. Our dedicated and caring team includes 17 Doctors, a Dietitian, a Podiatrist, 4 Nurses, 7 Receptionists, and our Practice Managers. We are a fully computerised practice using Best Practice software.

The Role
Cockburn Medical Centre has a strong focus on preventative health, and we are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse EN to join our modern treatment room.
In this varied and engaging role, you will assist with minor surgical procedures, wound care, immunisations, preventative health activities, and essential daily clinical tasks. You'll be supported by an experienced Head Nurse and friendly management team, working within a collaborative, flexible, and fast-paced environment.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

1. Current AHPRA registration, current CPD requirements, and Medical Indemnity Insurance.

2. Immunisation Certificate (or currently working toward one).

3. Experience in general practice.

4. A passion for preventative health and proactive patient care.

5. The ability to provide client empathy with professionalism.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

7. The ability to self-manage day-to-day duties within a team environment.
