About the role
Gray Bros Air Conditioning is a growing commercial HVAC company delivering projects across Southeast Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking both an experienced HVAC Duct Installer and a motivated HVAC Duct Installer Assistant to join our team.
About the Roles
HVAC Duct Installer Responsibilities
Installation of commercial HVAC ductwork
Reading and interpreting ductwork drawings
Installation of supports, brackets and associated components
Working alongside project teams on commercial construction sites
Maintaining high safety and quality standards
HVAC Duct Installer Assistant Responsibilities
Assisting with ductwork installation
Handling materials, tools, and equipment
Supporting tradespeople on commercial projects
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
General site duties as required
What We're Looking For
HVAC Duct Installer
Experience installing commercial HVAC ductwork
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
White Card (essential)
Current driver's licence (preferred)
Reliable with a strong work ethic
HVAC Duct Installer Assistant
White Card (essential)
Current driver's licence (preferred)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Construction, Sheetmetal or HVAC experience is an advantage but not essential
