Requirements

What we’re looking for:

You have significant experience in consulting, particularly in the Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams space, and you thrive on helping clients achieve their business goals.  You excel in leading end-to-end project delivery, managing timelines, scope, and client expectations. You’re ready to take charge of multiple projects and ensure they are completed successfully.  Building strong client relationships comes naturally to you. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their digital transformation journey.  You’re confident leading design workshops and other client-facing sessions, ensuring meaningful and productive discussions that lead to actionable outcomes.  Working alongside a cross-functional team is your sweet spot. You collaborate effortlessly with developers, other consultants, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions.  You’re always looking for ways to enhance processes and service delivery, contributing to ongoing improvement in both projects and the wider consulting practice. Ideally, you’re Melbourne-based  You’re a true problem solver, able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment We're looking for impeccable English-language writing abilities and fine attention to detail  You will have a passion for creating well designed solutions that help people work better together
