Field Service Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are keen to build technical expertise in supporting laboratory and analytical equipment.

You will support customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair of company and multi-vendor systems, including hardware, software, and networking products.

Install, configure, and optimize hardware/software/network products at customer sitesDiagnose and resolve product performance issues with guidance from senior team members when requiredPerform preventive maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal equipment performanceSupport customers by providing basic troubleshooting advice and best practicesProactively identify potential equipment or software issues to minimize downtimeDeliver integrated solutions (with support and training) including peripherals, operating systems, and applicationsCollaborate with internal teams such as Support, Sales, Marketing, and R&D to provide effective customer solutionsParticipate in technical training, workshops, and continuous learning opportunitiesSupport internal knowledge sharing and training sessions over time

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemistry (preferably Analytical Chemistry) or a related fieldFresh graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internships or lab experience will be an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skillsWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, customer-facing environmentGood problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with guidanceTeam player with a proactive and positive attitude

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
