About the role
Adelaide Riviera Hotel is located on North Terrace and has 84 accommodation rooms.
We are seeking two Casual Guest Services Agents to join our team.
The successful applicant must have flexibility to work a variety of shifts. Shifts vary from roster to roster. Weekend and evening availability is essential.
We offer Free Carparking while rostered on and discounted CBD parking when not rostered.
Duties and responsibilities will be :
Check-in and check-out of hotel guests
Processing financial transactions
Reservations via telephone, email and walk in
Switchboard operator
General customer enquiries
Luggage handling and tour bookings
Light cleaning and basic maintenance
Other duties as required.
Previous hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
