About the Role:

Due to ongoing growth, Rite Price is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Customer Service Operator to join our dynamic team.

This is a key role within our operations team, responsible for coordinating the installation of products, managing trade schedules, processing orders and invoicing — all while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule product installations with tradespeople and customers

• Manage daily and weekly trade schedules to ensure timely service delivery

• Process sales orders and prepare accurate invoices

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and in-person with professionalism

• Resolve issues or complaints promptly and effectively

• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in internal systems

• Collaborate closely with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Effective communicator with clients, management, and tradespeople.

• Has previous experience in a customer service, administration, or scheduling role (experience in trades or service industries is highly regarded but not essential).

• Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience required.

• Self-motivated with a team-focused mindset.

• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.
